Planon acquires majority share in PropTech company Ubigreen

With this acquisition, Planon adds strategic capabilities to its Energy & Sustainability Management software offering and reinforces its ecosystem of digital solutions for smart sustainable building management. With the entry of Planon as a majority shareholder, Ubigreen will benefit from Planon’s international scope to extend its geographical reach, build its reputation and continue its development.

24 January 2023 – Today, Planon and Ubigreen announced that Planon has acquired a majority share in Ubigreen, headquartered in Toulouse, France. Ubigreen, a PropTech company dedicated to energy performance and workspace optimisation, has selected Planon, the world leader in smart sustainable building management software, to accompany it in its venture. Planon’s investment allows Ubigreen to benefit from an expert in the sector, accelerate its international expansion and strengthen its market position. With this partnership, Planon adds strategic capabilities to its Energy & Sustainability Management software offering and reinforces its ecosystem of digital solutions for smart sustainable building management.
