Who are we?
Founded in 2012, Ubigreen accelerates the energy transition of businesses and local authorities through digital solutions for optimising building performance, combining two complementary offerings: Ubigreen Energy and Ubigreen Workspace. Ubigreen Energy optimises energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions in buildings. The second enables you to manage and optimise the use of workspaces by measuring occupancy, so you can easily analyse factual and reliable information on the occupation of your working environment.
Collecting reliable data and making it usable via a centralised platform is the first prerequisite for an effective action plan to optimise your buildings in the long term.
With the aim of accelerating the environmental transition of businesses and local authorities and optimising the performance of buildings in the tertiary sector, Ubigreen is a proptech of the future and a key player in its sector.
In the space of 10 years, Ubigreen has more than 50 employees at 3 sites (Toulouse, Paris and Aubagne), more than 150 customers and a solution deployed in 20 countries.

Ubigreen Workspace has been developed in response to changing working practices, which are undergoing a revolution with the growing development of flex’office. Ubigreen Workspace will optimise and improve workspace management:

Ubigreen Energy was created with the aim of providing information on a building’s energy consumption. Ubigreen Energy is an energy management big data web platform that will enable you to monitor, analyse and optimise your buildings’ energy consumption:
- EnergyManagement to measure and reduce your energy costs and help you comply with the Tertiary Sector Decree,
- SmartMetering to target energy savings with remote metering of consumption by use and monitoring of EPCs,

With Planon now a majority shareholder, Ubigreen will be able to draw on the international reach of the leading provider of commercial property management solutions to extend its geographical reach, establish its reputation and pursue its development.
Planon will enable Ubigreen to accelerate its international deployment and consolidate its position in France. For its part, Planon is expanding its energy management and sustainable development software offering and strengthening its ecosystem of sustainable smart building management solutions by acquiring Ubigreen.
